Are You the Ultimate Teacher?!

One of the signature items of FELC is the Ultimate Teacher Competition that is held at the Summit.  There is a submission procedure outlined on the website at http://www.fooded.org/annualsummit.html if you think you are the Ultimate Teacher.  The winner gets a cash prize and a coveted plaque, complete with a small whisk, proclaiming the winner, the 2010 FELC Ultimate Teacher.  Last year's winner, Jane Nichols was our winner and she is donig a master class for the Summit in 2010.

So, as Bobby Flay say's, "Are you ready for a throw down?"  Then bring your "A game" to the Summit and let the attendees and panel of judges see what you got!
